Laser cutting and sheet metal bending

In 2021, Eurozeta opened a third operating unit, close to its historical headquarter in Casazza, solely dedicated to laser cutting and sheet metal bending.

Laser cutting is a thermal separation process in which the beam strikes the surface of the material and heats it to the point of melting it. When the beam partially penetrates, it is possible to engrave/mark the material, whereas once it has fully penetrated, it is actual cutting.

The purchase of an LVD laser and a latest generation bending machine has made Eurozeta autonomous in the production of all the smooth and folded sheets it uses in its projects, thus managing to cut costs and processing times. The new headquarters also works on behalf of third parties, as our technical staff also produce the necessary parts for other companies.
